We look forward to several days of thought-provoking conversations, insights from peer leaders, and meeting up with old and new friends. We want to ensure you are prepared to make the most out of your time with us.  Below we highlight a few things you won't want to miss.  And we've put together this handy Nonprofit Guest Guide for quick reference. Come ready to learn. engage and share!  And lastly, if you have a nonprofit peer that you think would benefit from this time together, we will do our best to accommodate them. Please refer them to apply for a full scholarship here.

Learn

We're ready to greet thousands of members of the Box community next week.  We're especially excited to build community and facilitate learning for members of the Box.org ecosystem in the Social Impact Clubhouse on the second floor of Moscone, Room 2014.  Please think of the Social Impact Clubhouse as your home base!  Come to the sessions.  Pick up some Box.org knick-knacks.  Eat some tasty snacks.

The 32 expert presenters in our eight social impact sessions will offer a treasure chest of inspiration, knowledge, digital strategies, resources, tips, tricks and general wisdom.  Nonprofit leaders and leaders from other sectors that support nonprofits won't want to miss the following sessions:

Day one (Oct 3rd) social impact session in the Social Impact Clubhouse:

Box.org BoxWorks Day 1

Day two (Oct 4th) social impact session in the Social Impact Clubhouse:

Box.org BoxWorks Day 2

Engage

Meet Box.org Coaching Corps coaches at the designated table in our Social Impact Clubhouse. Experts will be on hand during lunch Thursday and Friday, and 5:30-7:30pm on Thursday to help you line-up pro-bono micro mentorship from Box experts and answer your questions about the program.

Additionally, be sure to visit the Box.org booth in the Partner Pavilion where you'll meet our staff, members of our Box Employee Resource Groups, and leaders from NetHope, PATH, Pledge 1% and other Box partners.  Don't forget to pick up your water bottle when you arrive at BoxWorks.  A percentage of the budget dedicated to the water bottles benefits our friends at charity: water.

If you hear or experience something cool, helpful or inspiring at BoxWorks, please tweet or post about it and let us know.  You can find us at Box_org on Twitter and has on our LinkedIn page and Box for Nonprofits Group!  We are also excited to share our new Box.org website during BoxWorks19!  Please visit the site to learn more about our work, track our impact and access Box for Nonprofits resources.

Enable

Our BoxWorks Social Impact Partner this year is NetHope and the 56 NGO's, such as PATH, that they supercharge. Let's all support NetHope and their Center for the Digital Nonprofit.

Box.org Nethope

Our goal at BoxWorks will be to raise awareness and $100K for NetHope and their Center for the Digital Nonprofit.  Box.org will match the first $25K donated by Box employees and BoxWorks attendees.  You can spread the word to donate through the webpage here or by texting box to 707070. We're also excited for an announcement by #ImpactCloud coalition members Okta and PagerDuty, and their peers from Zoom and Slack, that will be made by our CEO Aaron Levie on day one in support of NetHope!

Funds raised at BoxWorks19 will accelerate the mission of PATH, a NetHope member and world health innovator, and other nonprofits, by funding NetHope’s Center for the Digital Nonprofit. Specifically, NetHope will scale the process they use to help PATH imagine the next breakthrough opportunity in world health.

To hear all the updates and a conversation with inspiring nonprofit leaders, be sure to attend the day two morning keynote on Friday October 4th at 9am at Moscone or online.  NetHope's CEO Lauren Woodman and PATH's Vice President, Technology, Analytics and Market Innovation & Chief Data Officer, Jeff Bernson, will discuss their important work with Box Chief Product Officer, Jeetu Patel.  It will be a conversation you don't want to miss.

Finally, Here's background on how NetHope employs Box to scale and secure their vital work.  NetHope recently announced the public release of their DNA (Digital Nonprofit Ability) Assessment, formerly only available for their large NGO members, that they'd love for all nonprofits to take and benefit from.  Nonprofit IT leaders can find and take it online for freehere.

We look forward to seeing this next week!  #MoreGoodTogether
