Disclaimer: The use of Box content to train OpenAI models depends on the user's ChatGPT license; those with Free, Plus, or Pro licenses must manually disable data sharing, while Team, Enterprise, and EDU accounts are automatically opted out. This integration, enabled by default at the organizational level by an administrator, respects all existing Box security and compliance controls, ensuring that confidential content remains protected. Access to files is limited by individual user permissions within Box, and ChatGPT queries live content without storing data externally. Consequently, unauthorized users cannot gain access to Box content through this integration, as access is strictly governed by pre-existing permissions and administrative settings.
