Microsoft Devs! Come meet the Box team at Build 2018

The Box team is headed to Seattle to attend one of the most anticipated developer conferences of the year - Microsoft Build 2018. Build is your chance to hear about everything Microsoft has to offer for developers. From IoT to VR to AI to building enterprise apps in the cloud, Build is your chance to get a deeper look at the technologies that matter most to you. At Build, we'll be showcasing all the ways developers can use Box technologies together with Microsoft developer technologies.

Applying Azure AI and Machine Learning to Box with Box Skills

Announced at BoxWorks 2017, Box Skills a framework for bringing machine learning to your content in Box. Using powerful technologies from the Microsoft Azure portfolio, like image labeling, speech-to-text transcription, natural language understanding and more, you can enhance files in Box and add rich metadata to documents, images, videos and other files stored in Box. Plus, using the Box Skills Kit, you can build your own custom skills that apply Azure AI and machine learning technologies in whatever way you'd like!

At Build, our team will be showcasing how we're using AI and machine learning services from Azure, like the Azure Computer Vision API and the Azure Video Indexer, to help our users better understand and work with their content in Box. You can come check out demos at the Box booth on the Expo Hall or by attending one of the breakout sessions we'll be presenting in:

Building web and mobile apps with Box Platform and Azure PaaS
