How Kennedy Wilson uses Box and Adobe together to streamline document workflows

Box and Adobe

Box is integrated with over 1,500 apps so that users have access to the content they need, regardless of which apps they use to get work done. This is especially critical now, as people are relying more than ever on different apps to collaborate with teams and get work done from anywhere. That's why Box is committed to building and enhancing our integrations with all the top apps that our users need.

In 2020, Box and Adobe launched a new integration that delivered the powerful capabilities of Adobe Document Cloud to users directly within Box. This integration delivers Box's robust content governance and security alongside Adobe's rich document workflow capabilities in Box, making it easier and more secure for enterprises to work with digital documents in the cloud.

Kennedy Wilson is a global real estate investment company that owns, operates, and invests in real estate through its balance sheet and its investment management platform. Their European Finance team has been using Adobe with Box since 2017 to route monthly financial packages and various reports for review and approval as part of their month-end accounting close process. This has resulted in significant time savings for SOX testing and compliance purposes.

Process efficiency and compliance were the primary factors that led the team to begin leveraging the Adobe integration. The process previously entailed sending financial packages as email attachments, printing out hard copies, and manually scanning/saving back to Box. The Adobe integration streamlined this process by allowing all document workflows to be completed via Adobe right from Box and then automatically save the documents back to the same Box folder upon completion. This process has proven to be more efficient for the Kennedy Wilson team.

Box is proud to partner with Adobe to deliver integrated experiences between their two solutions for the benefit of our joint customers. For more information on our partnership, check our our Adobe partner page at box.com. Click here to learn more about the Box integration with Adobe.
