Manage your content seamlessly with the new Box and ServiceNow integration on the Now Platform®

Just a few months ago, we announced that we were working with ServiceNow on an exciting new integration that would allow our customers to build content-related workflows on the Now Platform. Today, we're thrilled to announce that the Box spoke for ServiceNow IntegrationHub is officially available!

The new Box integration adds the Box spoke to IntegrationHub's growing library of reusable connectors that can be used across the Now Platform's workflow tools. With the spoke, users can build custom workflows that trigger common Box actions such as Upload File, Add Collaborator, Create Folder and more. These workflows accelerate day-to-day business processes and provide users with a way to manage Box content without leaving the Now Platform.

Additionally, customers will now be able to use the IntegrationHub spoke to make use of Box's comprehensive security, compliance and governance capabilities directly from the Now Platform. This ensures that organizations can apply consistent IT policies for content across the organization and maintain the highest enterprise standards.
