What's on the Docket for the Box Virtual Summit
If you weren't able to attend BoxWorks 2016, we missed you! Here's your chance to catch up on the fun you missed during the Box Virtual Summit on Thursday, December 8 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. PST.
The Virtual Summit is a half-day, online event where you can explore the future of work and how Box can power all of your content with simple, secure collaboration. We just put the finishing touches on the agenda - check it out below!
8:00am PT - Doors open!
Grab your coffee, tea, donut or whatever you need to keep you going until noon. You won't want to leave your real-world seat once the Summit gets started.
8:15-9:00 a.m. - Keynote with Aaron Levie, Box CEO and Co-Founder
If that coffee isn't quite kicking in yet, Aaron's energy will give you a good jolt as he discusses how cloud and mobile technologies are driving transformation. He'll also unveil the All New Box and share his vision for the future of work.
9:00-9:15 a.m. - Free Time
Right after the opening keynote is the perfect time to explore the Expo Hall, Resource Center, and Networking Lounge and chat live with Box Experts, customers, and peers.
9:15-10:00 a.m. - Session #1
Want to hear more about Box, Box Platform or get hands on? Choose your own adventure! Pick from one of these sessions: an Overview of Modern Content Management, Box Platform Overview and Roadmap, or the Box 101 Live Demo.
10:00-10:15 a.m. - Free Time
Get up from your virtual seat, stretch your legs and head over to the Expo Hall. In the Expo Hall you can chat with Box experts and solution engineers, or chat with our friends at IBM, Okta, Adobe, SkySync, AWS and Google. Have questions from your first session of the day? Join the live Q&A in the Networking Lounge for answers.
10:15-11:00 a.m. - Session #2
Don't be late coming back from Free Time! Choose your next session from: Box Integrations (Getting the Most Out of Office 365, SalesForce, Adobe and Slack), Box Platform Pioneers - How Early Adopters Use Box Platform, and Replacing Your Network Shares with Box
11:00-11:15 a.m. - Free Time
After Session 2, I suggest taking this last bit of free time to check out the virtual Resource Center. One visit there and your virtual briefcase will be overflowing with videos, e-books, blogs and other resources to explore in-depth later.
11:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Closing Keynote with Jeetu Patel, Box Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Platform
At the end of the morning, Jeetu will bring it home discussing how modern developer platforms are redefining customer experiences and the future of work. He'll also share real world customer examples, and reveal enhancements to Box Platform and new tools for building apps.
