Secure content collaboration with the Box app for Zoom

In today's ever-changing business environment, enterprises continue to rely on technologies, like Box and Zoom, to power employee collaboration. Building on our partnership with Zoom, today we're excited to announce the launch of our Box app for Zoom to make it even easier for our users to work together securely and effectively, across distributed teams.

The Box app for Zoom

Zoom Apps, which can be found in the Zoom App Marketplace and within the Zoom Meeting client, are a new type of in-product integration that allows you to bring your favorite apps right into your Zoom meetings.

With the new Box app for Zoom, users can directly access Box from within Zoom, which enables them to browse, preview, and share their Box files from Zoom -- whether or not they are in an active meeting. And when they are in meetings, they can select a Box file to present to all attendees with just one click. As always, Box's enterprise-grade security, compliance, and governance is applied to Box content that's accessed in Zoom to help protect your information.

Zoom integration from Box

Last year, we launched a Zoom integration within Recommended Apps, which enables instant access to Zoom from Box, so that users can create, start, or join a meeting directly from the file that they're working in. Rather than interrupting their workflow and navigating to calendars or the Zoom client, they can stay in Box and seamlessly communicate face-to-face -- without all the clicks.
