Join Box on the HealthConf track at Collision 2019

Collision 2019

Later this month I'll join the Box team attending Collision, which is the fastest growing tech conference in North America that brings together the people and companies redefining the global tech industry. This year, Collision will be in Toronto for the first time and is expecting more than 25,000 attendees from over 120 countries.

I'm especially looking forward to the HealthConf track there, which is centered on tackling big questions like how technology can push the boundaries of what the medical profession can achieve, and provide ways to improve and lengthen human life. I'll be sharing how Box's healthcare customers have developed their cloud content management strategies, and the benefits they are finding from having a single place to manage, secure, share, and govern all their content for internal and external collaboration and processes.

Healthcare Roundtable

Although thousands of providers and payers are already leveraging Box to transform their clinicial, operational, and other business activities, many others are still formulating their strategies and assessing their options for cloud content management solutions. I'll be hosting a lunch hour roundtable Thursday, May 23 at 1:30 pm  to bring together healthcare organizations at various stages of this digital transformation journey. Register now to save your seat, join us for lunch and discuss how to simplify the way you work.

Box's industry-leading solution for healthcare organizations involves enabling organizations to collaborate, manage, and secure all their content and processes, while maintaining compliance and adhering to industry standards like HIPAA and other health data compliance standards. Hospitals can also implement and enforce their own policies through Governance and Shield and hold the encryption keys for their data with KeySafe. Box also integrates with countless other best-of-breed applications and provides a single, secure content layer.

Cloud Content Management for Research

Research activities are increasingly distributed across organizations and encompassing virtual teams of dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of collaborators around the world. Box's ease of use for end users scales to this level of collaboration all while maintaining policies and controls over sensitive datasets. At Collision, I'll be hosting a roundtable session focused on research and education at 9:00 am on Thursday, May 23, 2019.  This session will highlight how universities of all sizes, as well as other organizations focused on research, are leveraging cloud content management to accelerate scientific discovery and innovation while maintaining security and compliance required with sensitive data.

Collision is being hosted in Toronto, Ontario, May 20-23, 2019. I look forward to seeing you there and hosting you at one of our exclusive roundtables discussions:
