Announcing Box Hack Day: Code, Compete, and Build Enterprise Applications

BoxDev is just a few weeks away! As we prepare all our exciting announcements, demos, stories, breakout sessions and more, we wanted to provide even more of an opportunity for developers to get involved in this year's event.

Today, we're excited to announce Box Hack Day as part of BoxDev! We're inviting developers, designers, and tech experts to code, compete, and build enterprise applications. Sponsored by Box and Amazon Web Services, Box Hack Day is your opportunity to learn about Box and Amazon Web Services, code, and compete with experts for prizes. Whether you want to add Box to an existing project or build something completely new, Box Hack Day is your opportunity to roll up your sleeves and build amazing apps using Box Platform and Amazon Web Services. 

The focus of Box Hack Day will be building enterprise-grade applications. Participants will compete in teams of up to 6 people - or individually - building enterprise applications that tackle real business challenges and leverage Box Platform and Amazon Web Services. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend an AWS Zombie Microservices Workshop to learn more about building microservices with Lambda and API Gateway.
