We're thrilled to announce today that Box and ServiceNow are working closely together on a new integration that will change the way our customers handle content in their enterprise business processes. The integration, which will be available for joint customers later this year, will allow users to introduce Box activity and content into ServiceNow workflows to drive productivity and seamless collaboration.

The company offers leading cloud solutions for IT, Security, HR and Customer Service, as well as custom app development on the Now Platform.

A large volume of information flows in and out of ServiceNow every day, so it's no surprise, then, that a Box and ServiceNow integration has been one of the most requested features from our largest enterprise customers over the last few years. That's why we're delighted that, as leaders in our respective industries, we're teaming up to improve the content management and collaboration experience in the ServiceNow platform for our mutual customers.

Using the Box integration with ServiceNow's IntegrationHub, users will be able to build content-driven workflows in ServiceNow. This means that Box actions, such as upload file and add metadeta to file, can be triggered from within ServiceNow to accelerate day-to-day business processes. Content that was previously static in ServiceNow can now be dynamic, eliminating manual work for users and ultimately saving them valuable time.

IT will also have more control and visibility into content as it moves across the organization with the new Box and ServiceNow integration. As teams collaborate, modifications made to content can be tracked in Box, ensuring that the latest version of any file is readily accessible from within ServiceNow. Any content from ServiceNow that is managed in Box can then be applied with Box's native security, governance and compliance capabilities.
