Reaching Every Enterprise in the World: Welcome Graham Younger

By

Today I’m pleased to announce that Graham Younger is joining Box as our new Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations. Graham joins us from SAP, where he was the head of SuccessFactors, serving as SVP & GM of Global Sales for SuccessFactors / SAP Cloud. Prior to leading this billion dollar business unit for SAP, Graham led sales organizations at Oracle, TIBCO, and IBM. In short, he really likes enterprise software.

His experience is a perfect fit for where we are taking Box, and as one of the most senior leaders in SAP’s cloud business, he’s helped some of the world’s largest enterprises move from on-premise systems and applications to the web. We’re incredibly thrilled to have Graham join the team.

At Box, Graham will be leading our entire sales efforts globally, helping to accelerate our growth in large businesses, while also maintaining world-class execution for our mid-market and small business customers. He’ll be chartered with growing out the sales organization by recruiting and retaining the best talent, helping build out our vertical strategy, working to align with our strategic customers, driving enterprise product strategy, and more.

Our focus is firmly to build the best platform for businesses to share, manage, and access their information from anywhere. The cloud is reaching an inflection point, and over the last year at Box we’ve brought on many of the world’s most respected enterprises, like Procter & Gamble, Safeway, Pearson, and many others. But this is just the beginning.

As we look at what we’ve accomplished relative to what’s possible, we see years of incredibly exciting work ahead of us. We’ve reached the early adopters in the enterprise that are using technology to create competitive advantage. Now it’s time to bring Box into every other enterprise in the world — helping them use their information in new ways, collaborate across boundaries, and work far more productively on new devices and platforms. And Graham is just the person to help us do this.

Welcome Graham!
