How Box Is Turning Customers Into Advocates

We love building and engaging with our diverse community of Box customers. And that’s why we were so thrilled to hear that our VP of Marketing, Jen Grant, was recently recognized for her efforts in turning customers into Box advocates.

In a newly published book, “Brand Advocates,” author Rob Fuggetta details how companies from all over – including Box – are building relationships by asking users for feedback and giving customers exclusive offers and news. In fact, most of our customers come in through a friend’s recommendation, which is why we’ve been so big on bolstering our advocacy program.
