Tweet Your #BoxWorks Haikus for a Chance to Win a Free Ticket

By

Have you heard? The cloud event of the year, BoxWorks, is coming back to the Bay this October. It’s a can’t-miss event, with 3 days of spectacular speakers, informative sessions and awesome announcements, all topped off with an after party you wont soon forget. And remember, we haven’t even announced the big-name band that’ll rock the house all night.

You can, of course, register today to secure your spot. However, we have a fun challenge for all you creative types who’d like to snag a free ticket. The rules are simple: Tweet a haiku about BoxWorks, and include the hashtag #BoxWorks in your tweet.

Each haiku should adhere to the following format: “5 syllables / 7 syllables / 5 syllables.” Remember, you can tweet about anything related to BoxWorks: San Francisco, the cloud, Box, etc. Still flummoxed? Here are some examples:

“I can’t wait for it / San Francisco here I come / to the cloud I go!” #BoxWorks

“The Golden Gate Bridge / the majestic hills and fog / and that guy Levie” #BoxWorks

Feel free to get really creative with your haikus, as originality will definitely be rewarded. Oh, and there’s no limit to how many times you can enter, so tweet as often as you like.

Entries must be tweeted before midnight PST next Thursday (6/7/2012) to be eligible, and the 5 winners will be announced the following day. Get tweeting now for a chance to win!
