#BoxWorks Presenter Named Top Technology Innovator

By

We’d like to congratulate one of our customers, Six Flags, for recently earning a spot in the InformationWeek500. The awards honor the country’s most innovative users of information tech by looking at a company’s overall strategy, investments and business practices. This is definitely an award that’s well-deserved!

Sean Andersen, Director of Interactive Services, originally deployed Box after discovering that on-premise content management solutions made external sharing a challenge and consumer file-sharing solutions didn’t scale well in an enterprise environment. Once he gave Box a try, he was immediately surprised by how easy it was for their end users to start uploading files, sharing content and collaborating. “It’s impressive that an enterprise system like Box is so simple to use,” states Sean. Check out our customer video below to hear Six Flags’ Box story.

We also have insider information that Sean has yet another reason to celebrate – today’s his birthday :). Happy birthday, Sean!

If you want to learn more about how Six Flags has grown with Box, be sure to register for BoxWorks, our upcoming customer conference. Sean Andersen will present “Growing with Box: Six Flags’ Story of Early Adoption and Expansion,” where he’ll share how his team’s Box deployment grew from 50 users to hundreds, and how he’s continually identifying new use cases for each team. And don’t forget, BoxWorks attendees will have a chance to mingle with presenters at our sure-to-be-epic after party. Don’t miss it!
